Christian Brothers Automotive Lakeland Heights

I am an old woman who had been taken advantage of by auto mechanics for years. I had resined myself to this. When I moved here to Lakeland my car started having issues. My son in law said to try Christian Brothers. He said he thought they were fair. When I took my car in I found that they were more than fair. They took pictures of my cars problem areas and helped me to put my cars needs in order. My car runs great. I want to say the waiting room was clean and comfortable. There was coffee and water and snacks. The bathroom was clean, ladies you know what I mean, really clean. One last thing I want to say is all of them treated me with respect. I will not go to any other automotive repair shop but Christian Brothers.

I definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeland, Florida if you're looking for an honest, professional, and trustworthy auto repair shop. After years of taking my Toyota Tundra to another local mechanic, I decided to give Christian Brothers Automotive a try based on a recommendation from Heidi Jo, and I'm glad I did. From my first visit, the entire experience was different in the best way! The office staff is friendly and communicates clearly throughout the repair process. I received text messages with updates and you know what the estimate is up-front and no hidden costs that end up way higher than quoted. The mechanics take the time to explain what your vehicle actually needs without using high-pressure sales tactics or recommending unnecessary repairs. Some others say Christian Brothers Automotive is more expensive, but that hasn't been my experience. In fact, I've found their pricing for routine maintenance to be very competitive and, in several cases, more affordable than other local repair shops. More importantly, the work is completed correctly the first time, saving both time and money. I appreciate there complimentary shuttle service, which makes droppi

Had a braking issue and the team at Christian brothers fit me in and did a great job repairing my daughters brakes on her Subaru using high quality parts superior to oem parts which failed early. Very good communication and friendly professional service. Recommend highly

CBA was terrific! Visited on 4/21/26, got right in, beautiful facility, clean and new. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Called ahead for an appt and got quoted a great out the door price that included a full synthetic oil change & tire rotation. They kept me well informed by text at every move and did a full inspection. Very happy with their personal details to make it an easy process. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience here and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto repair. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect—they truly make you feel like family. They repaired my vehicle quickly and did an excellent job. Everything is running perfectly now. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency. They explained what needed to be done without any pressure, and their pricing was more than fair. It’s clear they care about their customers and aren’t just trying to make a quick buck. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work and treats people right, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs.
